Helen B. Watkins, 80, of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, formerly of Fairfield, passed away Friday, September 5, 2008, at Arbor Court in Mt. Pleasant. The family is hosting a memorial service which will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at the First United Methodist Church in Fairfield. A funeral service will be held in Roanoke, Virginia, on Friday, September 19, 2008. Burial will be in the Walker Cemetery in Boones Mill, Virginia. The Olson - Powell Memorial Chapel of Mt. Pleasant is assisting the family with local arrangements
