David Deangelo Wise, 46, of Mt. Pleasant, IA, died Sunday, December 15, 2013, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. His body has been cremated. No local visitation or service will be held. Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel has assisted with the arrangements.
